How do you guys get wd40 off of a bare metal bady?

I just got my 32 5-window body delivered from back east. Sweeeet!

The guy that transported it sprayed wd40 ALL OVER IT to keep the surface rust down, but now I want to get it off.

I want to start metal work on it and don't want any paint issues later

What is the best method to get ALL of it off?

i use OTO, you can get it from a body shop supply place, its like wax and grease remover used specifically for the body shop.
