I have some Tan RTV, I bet the stuff that squishes out when
you put the cap back on is the right shape.

Plan B is to snip a toe off the real Liz and glue it on,
that way it's authentic.

I didn't notice at first because it's such a great model. But the Dash Duck missed his buddy right away! [IMG]

Yeah, I couldn't come up with a way to make the lizards tail. It was a toss up between doing that, or the knight's head, and the knight won.

To me it would not have been his truck with out the pink and the knight head!

Now, lets make slot cars out of models and have a flt blk (tiny blk) vs. Big Ric (little ric) race!

That model is INSANE!!!...i was sitting next to Tyler at the resraurant after we gave it to him and the whole time hes handling it and looking at it I was so nervous that it was gonna fall. I was crowched ready to dive for it!

I told Eric he needs to make a 1/25 scale Continental Club and park all his models there and have a Mini-RoundUp

Radiant Magenta is the color on that valley pan.

I'm glad Tyler has it now, Old Car Pilot emailed me some pics of it about a month ago and I think it is the longest secret I've ever been able to keep!

20. That thang is so Phat Black. [IMG] It's nice to see such craftsmanship in models. I wish I had a model of my*****, but it would just be open boxes strung all over the garage not put together.

Tyler, you goin to McPhail's?

Great job K&R

Thanks yall. Building these things is cool but building something like this and seeing the new owner get it is better. It turned out a bit better than I thought it would, there are still a few discrepencies (lizard, grill shell pinstriping, grill shell a bit too low, no text on the ammo box) but it'll have to do!

The door panels and seat are just printed from my computer. Double stick tape (and a lot of other tape plus some glue...) keep the seat "cover" on.

The pinstriping on the air cleaner is a decal I made (i WISH my hand was that steady), but I did the dash striping by hand.

Very thin wire, glued in place then painted (not painted from the fuel pump to the fuel block though)
