Finally got this on the road in April...4300 miles on the clock since then.
It's in the shop again getting a new steering reducer for the Schroeder steering box(I'll post a tech later) and some new friction shocks for the front...

Kevin Lee says he's shooting for the coupe to debut in R&C in June.

  6. I'm not sure what the heck I'm gonna do. I really like this car, but I've got this horrible yearning for a coupe. Financially, I can't have both, so I need to decide whether I want to get rid of the '56, or just keep driving it and keep doing side jobs and hope a coupe comes along that I can afford, or find a coupe dody, part out the '56 running gear, etc to use in the coupe, or what. I'll definitely let you know if I decide to get rid of the '56.:)

Purchased my 57 Chev 3600 in January, got her done in March and been using her as was intended ever since. Made me a lot of money scrapping/junking this year.

Very nice. May I ask, what is the woodpecker decal? I've seen those on a lot of older rigs, like 'em, but don't know what they are or where I might get some.

I finally got a shop truck 59, painted it last week, stole the wheels& tires from the 30' to see if I liked the WW on it.

Last is my friends 16yr old's 46' F1 that I helped build. And yes it is his daily, to and from school.

Started just hoping to clean out the shop, had so many parts figured instead of moving them around,
I could just mock up a car. so decided would thrash for 1 month, than another than got obsessed.
Grandfather (was dying) died and it helped to get my mind off it since he lived far away too.
I'm glad I stuck with it cause its been a blast, even though i've got other cars this ones all prewar.

this is what I was hoping for!

Started with this in June, took a couple months to collect all the parts I wanted to use, and it came out like so...I finished it about 10 days ago and already have almost 1000 miles on it! Still have A LOT planned in the future for it...

Mine hit the road for the alltimers meet at the end of august and I drove as it as much as I could, up until about two weeks ago, when we got dumped on with snow.
