Anyone use "Graph Tite" Rearmain seal?

    Tried to research,not to much from HAMB actual usage. Any of you guys that used these seals would like to know results. Leaks? Thanks

    Is that a brand or is it supposed to say graphite?

    Rope seal made buy Best gasket and DCI,cost about $20 and is supposed to replace old asbestos rope seal.Graph***e.oops

    Never heard of it or don't know if Iused one or not so I can't help you.

    I can fix the spelling in the ***le if you like.

    I have used both Graph ***e head gaskets and rear seal. When I bought again I bought the Graph ***e.

    If you are talking about the black kevlar? square rope seal like from flattech,I have had good luck with them.

    I've not used them - have heard you don't soak 'em in oil like the regular rope seals...

    Any input?
