I know alot of you are booked up for christmas and all the week after but Peter Eastwood puts on a great car run though Pasadena on the 30th. It is mainly for pre 33 stock cars, but the meet in the morning brings out alot of really nice hot rods and post 33 cars as well. The Horseless carriage club puts on the show and there are alot of crazy weird cars there if you want to see some odd looking stuff. Here is the link for the location.... http://www.pasadena.edu/maps/cecmap.cfm
I believe the cars all leave at 8:30...Im not sure. but show up early to be safe.

I have been on this before and it is quite interesting. Some of the houses these people stop at are amazing. Jay Leno usually shows up in one of his classics.

Have been on P-wood,s run.Great fun.
Try having your Flathead car overtaken by Leno in his Stanley Steamer!!!.
It is a pre 34 run but the rules are rather lax.

  6. Sounds like fun, just to see what shows up. I cant go on the run, I dont have anything vintage to drive right now. Maybe I will see you guys there.

This is a great show, with lots of neat old stuff. Not so many hot rods, but lots of weird stuff you'll never see anywhere else other than a museum. Here's my photos from last year:

The Horseless Car Club of America members are not Hot Rodders. Most are Senior purists that want things original. So, if you plan to take your chopped and channeled ride with straight pipes do not expect them to welcome you with a beer. Their cars, collections, etc are fabulous originals and for the most part they drive 'em. Look and learn, they have alot to share.

if the weather tomorrow is anything like today we'll be golden! It's like a brisk 71 degrees outside! Someone mentioned they stop at historic homes...I wonder which ones.

I just talked to my parents on the cellphone. It's a beautiful morning, and they're riding in the back of an '10 Loco, just behind Leno's Deusie. Man, wish I was there...

Had a great time seeing a bunch of great cars as well as people/friends that I really only see @ a couple of places. Went to a cool shop in So.Pas. and was knocked off my feet by one of the most beautiful Delahayes that I have ever seen! This guy has a nice collection of everything as well as a very clean shop. Lots of cars coming & going.
Another car related deal in Pas @ Coco's in the A.M.Mon 12/31 off of Michilinda/Colorado, They cruise the parade route. Most anything welcome.

Coop666,thanks for all the pics of what looked like a fun car day. Does anyone know the manufacturer of the fatman steeing wheel on the blue number 22 Speedster T? I have one like it, but there's no name on it. You can tilt it like a regular fatman. And you can also disable the steering with the lock for theft control. Mazooma1, I can't open your link.
