Can front ends be hung like this?

    I am wondering about the orentation of the spring and shackels. The shackels are down compaired to normal. Will it drive good this way?

    Thats some scary stuff...look at the scrub line....from that pic it looks like suspension hangin down way too far...even if it was above scrub I think having that spring hanging down like that would be something I wouldn't do.

    i have to agree with brewsir, it looks a bit low, its looks really close to the scrub line. ive seen them mounted behind the spring like this:[​IMG]

    but not usually on the wishbone like the pic u posted.

    Wow they are risking some serious "dip in the road spring hitting ground" problems at high speed.

    Can they? is what I was wondering John56h I see it is real low but the shackels aren't pointing up,,,would it ride and drive ok that way if there wasn't a scrub line issue?
    Just courrious.

    Aside from the scrub line,the shackles are not a problem.

    If there is no room for a spring...perhaps you should consider torsion bars ????
