Hi guys. I am 19 and new to the rod scene. I have built some other not so hamb friendly cars (muscle cars), but its better late than never i am here right? Well i got a model T coupe for a project now. I am gonna build a frame and Z it in the back. I plan on chopping it around 8 inches. I will channel it. I bought a 472 caddy for it. I just got a 4 inch super bell drop axle. Pete and Jakes reverse eyed spring. I am new to this whole scene tho. If anyone is near Bloomington, IN that wants to show me a thing or 2 i would appreciate it. Or maybe just BS? I will work, sweep, help, whatever to get some help and to learn some tricks. Musclecars are just cookiecutter piece together. It so much more fun building the whole thing. So any1 out there wanna help the FNK ( ****ing new kid) Thanks Jeremy heres the project!

What rear do you plan to use? On mine (T coupe also) I am using a '40 Ford rear that mounts the spring behind the axle and a '46 - '48 rear spriing to keep the kickup smaller.
Jeremy, I'm not too far from you (Robinson, IL.) I can give you some guidance and you can use my tools to make new panels when you get ready to do some sheetmetal replacement/repair.
Jeremy, Take Randy up on his offer. He can show you how to work metal to perfection. Randy has all the tools and knowhow. Mike
I'm a grad student at IU. I have a 52 Dodge, some tools and junk but no garage I don't think I could show you much but I'm probably just around the corner if you need any help.
Damn.... learning to work metal like that would be a great leg up. It's probably the one thing I **** the most at, so if I were you, I'd jump all over that offer LOL
I like that you straight up said that you are just starting out and need help. Its great to see you are willing to do the '****' jobs to learn from the more experienced guys. You clearly have the right at***ude!
