Damn you Kevin......I'm having a hard enough time trying to keep up with Royal Shifter's drag cars in motion thread and now you go and start this thread. Your scanner must be working overtime !!!

 

Jungle Pam Hardy is still very much alive and well, she was here in Columbus for the Hot Rod Reunion last summer. She has her own web site, just search under Jungle Pam, tons of old pictures, I bought a T shirt from her a few years back and she sent me an autographed picture with it, she still looks great. She is very approachable and a great personality for the sport of drag racing.

your right NHRA drag racing will never see the likes of classy women like Jungle Pam Hardy or Linda Vaughn........guess thats what happens when dog food execs run a sport,instead of racers !!

A story I heard on Jungle Jim-He unloaded his Funny Car at a strip that had a dirt/circle track across the road. He fired the Funny Car and drove over and did a couple hot laps on it

she looks better now! back then she was fuggly all she had going was the body...picture her with hair on her face and arms and she looked like she came out of a jungle, or a cave for that matter!

To the younger ones. These pics take us oldies back to simpler times. Women were natural; no fake boobs, no snip and tuck; just themselves, and we loved it. Who are you comparing her to, some computer generated, surgeon sculpted unattainable hollywood fabrication? A woman could be who she wanted to be without the lib harpies getting their stuff in a twist. I hope Pam never aplologized a single time for being herself. Remember, kiddies, we came of age when the pill was new, women were discovering what freedom felt like, and penicillin would cure anything. Drugs were stuff you took when you were sick.
