Congrats man! Someday one of my rides will be in R&C, in the background, barely visible and they forgot to photoshop it out...*sigh* someday...
If I was truly famous you would ask me to autograph a body part hahaha. and yes....I was surprised to see only the Tardels mentioned and not Ryan. Totally lame.
Background shot of my 48 ford moor door. It counts. I think the car in the foreground just got in the way,
Shit. Im still waiting for Nads to sign my tits...... been what? 7 months or more. Congrats on the ink!
yea, i dint get that... i knew not to expect a pic of Ryan, but shit, not even a hint of a mention... kinda shitty
Nice to get your car in a Magazine. I have never seen my car in R&C, but it was in Car Craft. Dec. '58 Bonneville coverage. B/FR record. I bought the book and 25 years later bought the car.
Hey Scotty. I saw your truck there that day but didnt know you... That coverage also has me and Cab standing in front of my 34 3w discussing some important details. What a great day out in the park with some great cars and people. I'll go again next year for sure...
I'm not sure what you mean. I have posted pictures of the roadster as it looks today. See upper left. I have inquired of the SCTA when the car first ran on the salt. As I mentioned I have the Car Craft that covered Bonneville in '58 and they printed a picture of it. Good thing I didn't toss my old little books like I did my HRMs. I also saved a program from Half Moon Bay drags, NorCal championships 1958 that has a picture of the car. The guy I bought it from bought it from the builder and he has pictures of it as it has progressed until I bought it in '84.
