When did shoeboxes become "rare"? I see them for sale constantly here in CA... maybe there's a shortage in Beer City(?)
I believe they are talking about the club coupe. Those actually are kinda rare. If its a 150 210 or a belair 2 door it doesn't mean it a coupe.
210 club coupes are rare.150 2dr sedans are more rare and a 150 business cpe are like finding hens teeth. Now in 54 they listed the 210 as a coupe but in all actuality they were 2dr sedans
I've always wanted one of these or a hrdtp but not easy to find in my area....... Ollin- Love your buddies ride...Any more pics of it?? Evil1--Whats the story with that one?
This all depends on what kind of coupe the thread starter wanted to see. There were 3 different kinds of coupes. Sport, Business and Club. Most of the cars posted aren't business coupes or a club coupe. There is a big difference between a sport coupe, a club coupe and a business coupe. Most of the ones posted are hardtops and sport coupes. The business coupes and club coupes are a whole nother story. Very few made and vary few still around.
Is this what you mean? The rear windows slide back instead of rolling down. G***hole I may have to sell it soon.
Back to an early question above-did you do a search on this? Instead of constant Btt. Also, try 50chev.com
Chevy Sport coupes are aka Hard Tops.Business coupes and Club coupes have posts.Tha answer to another post, yes the quarter windows slide back, not down. The 2dr sedan windows went down.
