Can anyone ID this for me?

I picked this up a while back. I've been told that it could be a mechanics tray for tools but not for sure. Has anyone seen one of these before?
Approx. 12" x 18". It's made of metal.

It's for a Stewart Warner refrigerator. A**** my SW collection, I don't have a frig, but I have some food storage canisters that came with the frig.

The Ol' Man had one he carried from one shop to another for years. I normally had donuts and perhaps a screwdriver or pliers that no one could find on it.

Never knew it came from a fridge thanks for the info.
