If you haven't seen it here is my A I have been working on for the past year and a half. Last winter I built the frame and did the chop/channel and major fabrication. I put a spare small block in it for the summer and drove the hell out of it. This winter I tore back into it for my "real" vision.

Tomorrow should be the first drive again!! Won't get far without baffles though especially since the CHP is only half a block around the corner from the shop.

Well, I don't care for the car as a whole, it's a little too cartoonish for me, but the tooled leather dash is outstanding.........I'm not knocking your craftsmanship, it looks to be first rate, just don't care for the cartoon look.

And, by the way, your tailights look crosseyed .......

and oh yeah, I drove through Rancho over by where I thought the shop was and never saw it. Is it not too far from Vintage Ford?

head south from vintage pass trade center dr. 3rd driveway on the right. Our landlord won't let us put up a big sign so there is just the one on the monument sign out front.

1 st unit on the left pulling in the complex.

Cool, I'll give it another try.

  12. Craftsmanship looks incredible...Lots of personal taste things that aren't worth mentioning, though I feel the valve covers and scoop look a bit modern.

It's actually refreshing to see someone realize a need for a roll cage and safety features in a wildly over-powered "A" coupe. Should be one hell of a rush!

By the way, your shop looks spotless with a nicer variety of rides than is usually seen...

    Looks great!

something about what mom used to say about nothing nice to say......

I don't mind the critics.... But really some of you guys need to have some more impressive stuff in your garages before you stick your noses up..

But really I can take the critics just keep it polite. :)

I know well that this is one of those love it or hate it type of cars..... It's built just the way I wanted

The seats are completely tooled also, as well as a removable roof insert. (not done yet but I am working on it)

I learned to do the leather work just for this car.

There are a few things I am way not into. With that said, I am very impressed with your car as a whole. I love the dash, the stance, cage, and quality of this car.

Overall, that's a nice Model A. There's a few things I would change, but I can say that about most cars I see. I like it and your attention to detail is outstanding. The leather work is a refreshing change from the usual turned aluminum, which in my opinion is overdone and boring in this style car.

It's also good to see a shop where it looks like people know how to clean up. If I were paying to have work done, that would mean a lot to me. Clutter and shit laying everywhere is NOT a sign of productivity.

    Nice job, man.

crazy looking car. not my style, but impressive nonetheless. make sure you shoot some video when you drive it and post it so we can see that thing in action!

  22. That thing is just badass. Someday soon I will build my own massively overpowered "A" Coupe with too much blower, tire, noise etc........ I love it. Very George Trosley. My favorite Artist...... I can picture this big green moster driving it holding onto the shifter above his head, tongue flapping in the wind......

Thanks for all the compliments. The leather seems to be a hit. By the end of the week I should have pics of the seats installed. The roof is still about 40 hours of tooling away.

    Hey Eddie,
Where'd you learn the leather tooling from? Nice work!
    Overall that car is killer!
The only thing wrong with it is that it isn't in my garage.....

I dig it. Nice looking car.

Don't mind the critics, even if they're bitching about it, they had to stop and look. ;)

The car looks good. I wonder if some people walk up and talk trash in person?

  30. I like your car just fine. The scoop and valve covers look like they belong on something modern to me. Love the workmanship.
