I have 4 tires and wheels that I have tried all avenues to get to Cali from Indiana. The catch is I only have $125 to work with to do it. If anyone has any ideas please step forward or I will bow out and refund the Hamber's money.

Check with Greyhound. I have shipped boxes of parts cross country with great results. I think the weight limit is 100 lbs per package

I shipped a 51 Merc coupe door from WA to NJ for under 80.00 last year. He had it in 4 days.
You do have to haul it down to a bus station that does freight and pick it up at one but at least it is a viable option.

Like minds posting at the same time lol.

    go here! www.uship.com

Its freaking awesome its just like ebay but FREE you just put what you need to be shippped, shipped from where and too and shippers will bid on it. Or you can set a price you would like to ship it for. the great part is you dont have to pack it up or take it any where people will come to you.

im waiting to get some 49 Merc inner and outer fenders from texas and ive gotten bids as low as $150 so far. if you need any help let me know.

Well, dickster should get a warm fuzzy from all the Greyhound recommendations then.

I have found that DHL is one of the cheapest. I have shipped wheels with tires for around $30 each. Just take them to an acutal DHL location not a DHL store inside an office depot store.

Guys, thanks for all the help here. But, I think it's too late. I am sending a refund on the wheels. By the way, I did try greyhound, and they wanted $236 to ship the 4 wheels and tires. I tried Uship also, twice, and never got as single bid. But thanks to all that tried to help. I had forgotten how damn hard it is to sell wheels and tires and then ship them for peanuts.
