try hooking the charger up to a battery and the solution at the same time. My charger dosent "see" anything there if there is no battery there. It worked great after I hooked up a bad battery in line with the solution. But an arc welder set on DC at its lowest setting seems to work way better than a battery charger. Just be carefull because all those slimey bubles in the solution are hydrogen (although it is fun to pop them with a torch!)
Yes! It's working. Just had to add a battery to the circuit. Lots of bubbles. The battery charger has a safety feature. No battery, no current. Thanks to everyone who responded. Craig
