Where the hell is steubenville? I know columbus, cleveland, sandusky and akron....

Doncha mean EAST of Columbus; off of route 7 across the river from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel in Weirton, WV?

(I spent part of my working life in that plant as a contractor)
