too many questions at one time. Try using the search function to get a better idea of what you want. You will get a lot of help here but they do want you to work a litlte bit for the basic ideas

......and which one of those cars is yours?

  4. A T-bucket would be a good first project. Search the Tech Archive until you have more specific questions.

Spend a lot more time reading than posting. There is sooo much to absorb here.

    Read the rules.

    Build what you like.

Discuss it here if it fits the rules.

Learn when to use periods and stop rambling like a caffienated jr hs girl.

I'll say what others have already said.

SEARCH around before asking so many questions. There is a ton of info here to read and learn from.

In the end, build what YOU want and like. It's YOUR choice, not ours.

If you are using a chevy 250 and you have SoCal valve coverS that you want to use......... are you going to stack them or use two to make one? When you get it figured out post some pics.

Post some pics of what you have to work with, and then we can all give better advice on what to do with this stuff. The frame sounds like a good start. you should look around first get use to hamb and a lot of your q's can be ansewred. If you want any advice from me just pm me I would love to help you out. I like the pickup idea the best. I am going to build one too prob next year. my dad has a 32 ford pickup and a frame and a flatty. I hope to talk him into building it.

If you want a Cal Custom looking finned valve cover for a 250 Chevy Inline 6 (I think that's what you are looking for) they are out there. It would be better to sell your V8 covers and buy one I6 cover (unless you can get someone to throw in a matching side cover for that).
