I'm gathering my parts for my swing pedals. I'm buying a the 61-2 chevy dual master for brake and hydraulic clutch #: UP 34404 with a bore of 1 1/8th. For the slave cylinder, which one do I get, 1 1/16th or 1" ?

I would go with the 1" one. If the mastwer cyl. is originally designed for a brack you have to disassemble it and remove the check valve ,it looks like a little "derby hat" this will allow for quick release.

You actually swap the checkvalve from one side to the other if you're turning it around, NOT just remove it.

Bore size depends on your slave, for certian slave cylinders or hydraulic TO bearings, you'll need to get the ckutch side sleeved down to 7/8" or 3/4", whatever the slave calls for.

thanks guys...I thought there was a variance in size I could get away with. I have the Bendix cross ref #'s. I could match the clutch side 1" to 1" slave by switching to 1965 IHC 1/2 ton, but...they are twice the price.
