Couple of more pictures that I found surf'n. Since it was at the
GNRS, did the Merc win anything while it was out there?

    Happy Trails,

    Mick

Man, he nailed that Merc. IMHO it's as nice as Jimmie Vaughans 54.

    Here's a dead-on profile shot that I took on set-up day.

It's a really well-done car...Very subtle, but still looks custom. I would never think to paint a car that color, but it really works on this one.

Here's a couple more that haven't been posted. The interior is as clean and deceptively simple as the rest of the car.

Hey B***, thanks for the extra photos.

Couldn't agree more - my 53 Victoria is being sprayed dark similar to The Walrus' Shoebox, but the light color is starting to tease me. Trouble is it took me 3-4 years to decide on the dark one......

Thanks B*** for posting the side view picture. Last night I dug out
the old HOP UPs to read about the build and checkout the body lines.
It was Kool to see your pictures.

When I heard they were going to paint it yellow, I thought YUK. I was
told you got to check it out in person. So I drove down to Tulsa and WOW!!
The yellow works and the pearl just slaps you in the face. When you compare
the yellow to the white. PURE ****ER BABY!!

Working on my Merc I was going to paint it something dark. Mark has me
thinking about other Kolors. Man I love Kustoms!!

    Happy Trails,

    Mick

Nice to see the car Kruiz'n around. Pictures were from one of my favorite web sites, www.socalcarculture.com/ 8th Annual Huntington Beachcruisers Meet.

I was wanting to see the Merc outside..... Nuff said.

    Happy Trails,

    Mick

    What is the running gear?

    Any interior shots?

    Is the owner a HAMB'er?

in addition to be frenched, he also did away with the stock back-up lights that set below the taillights. cool in my book.
