Gangster Ass Ride Pics?

Hey guys I was wanting to get some ideas for a new ride. I have always loved the look of fluu fendered taildraggers of the mid & late 30's. Such as "Romeo" & "8 Ball", can you guys hook it up with some pics & info? That would rock!!

 

You might do a search for a thread called something like "High Zoot" if I remember, there were some incredible cars on that thread.

yeah, what Pete said. LOL... you might try searching for the "taildragger" post i started eons ago. it is friggin HUGE now with TONS of pics of (mostly) late 40s and earlier style customs.

I'm not to keen on the gangster style of the gold 86' eldarado w/15" gold spoke daytons. "taildraggers" thread is more aling the line of what I'm thinkin'.

Gangster of gangsta? Gangsters in the 1920s drove Packards and other such exclusive luxury rides. Gangstas (gangstaz?) nowadays drive D.O.N.K.s; those silly cars with the 30" wheels and speakers so loud that everything on the car rattles.

 

I had mexican food the other day, I think it gave me gangster ***....

 

We all get crabby towards FNG's after a while normally i would add my own smart *** remarks but instead i will tell you to use the search function for tail draggers and lowriders.

As for the comment on just being here for hot rods is fine but then don't post in a thread that is about a different style of car unless you want to add something usefull. As soon as i saw the ***le of the thread i knew what you were looking for but i also knew you would catch hell for it. gangster *** rides would technically be the large luxury cars not tail draggers.

The most famous "Gangster" car of 'em all....

 

Ever notice how many people try and p*** of 32's and **** for a bonnie and clyde car.. They may have stole one but they died in a 34. many years ago at the st ignace michigan show someone had a 34 4 door all full of bullet holes but hot rodded with a v8 and ****. Now this was way before our current build it traditional trend. I think i was the only one that got the concept of that car and it was cool.
