[/ QUOTE ] A friend of mine knew a guy that used to make them before he died so we bought all that was left from his kids i think my friend did all the dealin. there nice becouse they are new wood un covered so all i do is seal them and prime and there ready for paint. The bad thing is that we had most of them stored at his moms resturant-art store and it burned down a couple months ago [IMG] he lost alot of cool stuff that he made he made all the stools and bar in the resturant also it was a graet place that is now missed

Kali, those shirts are really spectacular.
I can't even post any shirts now.....
My shirts can't follow an act like that! (plus I didn't make any this week)

Those shirts are so cool that I don't even have the words to describe them.

Great show this week....
Now....

Sorry to hear that! I need to find someone with a wood lathe I guess and get a dozen or two turned out in a nice hard wood.

A little striping our local pinstriper did on our "A" coupe. He is a lomg time street rodder with a 32 sedan he has had forever--I think he and his wife dated in it 35 years ago!!! [IMG]

Hey there....I finally got some of my stuff scanned and on a site to show. Nothing car related at all, but I just thought I'd share.....on that note, if anyone around edmonton needs kick*** cars shots done (or any other shots for that matter) let me know.

.........OK...........there's this local pinstriper named "Kobbie." He's been at it for years. He drives a ratty 50's Chevy Sedan Delivery and stripes at local cruise nights and car shows. I've seen his work and it varies. Seems he has gone through "stages." Heard rumors that he used to do drugs and drink. Then heard that he was "saved" and clean. Who knows?? Who cares?? He's a nice enough guy and he is always painting. There was a coupe on last months Rod & Custom that belongs to Bon Jovi's manager or someone....A friend, Ray Zellman, did the flames and Kobbie striped it. Local boy makes the big time!! Well, I saw Kobbie at a big local show today and he was........striping. He had several pieces laid out on the table and some were for sale. I didn't want to bother him, but was interested in buying a piece to add to my collection. I stood around for a while and finally left. Came back later and a piece I was interested in was gone. We finally struck up a conversation between colors and I asked about prices. The piece I was interested in was just for display. I asked and he said, "If you want that, make me an offer." I started to make an offer and he just gave me a price which was cheaper that I was going to offer. It has a few chips and scratches, but it has a lot of Kobbie's "soul.".............
