Just lookin for ideas for my 55 Plymouth... Plan is to put a axle under it and hopefully a 392 Hemi... or may get a wedge since I have a few.... any help would be great!
Well, it IS a 50's Mopar, and it was on a dragstrip. It's not a drag car, per se, but I used some 60's cues to make it look like an old weekend warrior.
Used to be an old 55' or 56' dodge 4 dr sedan that ran at Bremerton Raceway called "the QUAD DODGE". No bumpers, gutted, 340 with a torqueflite for power, running brackets. Nowhere near as NICE as Animals.
Thanks, 56sd. (I think) There's an old guy around here that swears his partner in the 60's ran a B-Gas '56 Plymouth 2dr and also swears he has pix "somewhere", but I haven't seen any yet. If he actually finds them, I'll for sure post 'em.
