Photo Shop Question

I have seen a few of posts were someone can take a persons rod and change it up for him or her to see the outcome of what it could look like. What is this program? Who makes it? Thanks

 

Its made by adobe, it has a fair bit of a learning curve if you've never used it, buts its an amazing program.

Phot shop is the best bet. Buy the photoshop "wow" bookk for whatever version you get, and practice the "bezier tool". It's the toughest tool to use but you have to use it for everything. Take you about half a day to get used to it.
