I loomed the wiring for the front of the rod, tore my wife's car apart to change the thermostat gasket (and broke two bolts off in the head:mad:) Still working on it...

First..I think it's great that you allow your children to be involved..
I didn't want to pay the price for linkage so I made my own..It will work for 4x2 or 6x2..It didn't take long. I did it this AM before the Super Bowl..
Looking for to seeing the commercials and half time..I really don't care who wins..

I had nothing but dirty work this weekend. I had to clean up the remains of the car tent brought down by snow. Next weekend, it's gasket t******* and engine ***embly time.

I want to get this thing done by mid-May.

Mounted my gas pedal. Made a patch panel for my rear quarter for a spot that bothered me every time I looked at it, finish welded one of my door jams (replaced the wood with tubing) and mounted one seat.

Got new gl*** in the A (all the way around), got the windhshield corrected so it will swing open without hitting the gas cap, and installed my new seat. Also took it for a drive in the snow...

I went to Home Depot and bought a piece of wood. Not too busy there for once. Those helpers you got there sure seem to do good work. They got that motor out of there and already got it half broken down. Doesn't even look like they dented up that sweet shoebox getting it out.

I installed the seat upholstery in my T Bucket and went to the Houston HAMB meetup.

  21. I pulled the original 327 drag mill out of my '55. I'll re-build in a year or so. In the mean time, I'm "borrowing without permission" an old stroked small block off pop's. Beautiful weather here today, started around 9:30 this morning and finished up around 3, its out!

made a column support for my A. made it out of a piece of column (piece left over after i shortened it) a piece of exhaust tubing (cutoff leftover from making headers) and just a plate. cut and welded everything up, and mounted support to the original dash...everything works well.. sorry no pics.

I contacted a couple HAMBers,to start arranging a "HAMB Shop tour",and hopefully a "HAMB meet and greet" for the spring WoW Car Show. Anybody in HAMBland who could make a banner for a bunch of "Canuck Hot Rodders". I'll start a new thread soon, for some ideas, since this will be our 1rst here in western Canada.;)

It was late Friday afternoon but pretty close to the weekend--

I got my car with no ***le, no serial number, devoid of the most basic functions, successfully ***led and registered and even talked my way out of having to get a surety bond all in one visit to the MVD!

I have a strong sense of accomplishment!
