G'day guys, Just a bit of info on me, I'm an aircraft engineer with a background in sheet metal and composites. Ive got a wife and three kids. My daily is a shaved and customised 62 falcon wagon,v8 toploader and 9inch.My latest toy is using a 22 dodge shroud, cowl and chassis. Im using a 27 chev rear tub to build a bucket style body. Ive narrowed it and removed the wheel arches. I plan on channeling the body about 6". Im suiciding a 36 front end and rods on an 'A' leaf, using an 'A' rear leaf and cross member. I will hand build a rear pick up bed.Steel rims are a must on solid whites. I know its not ideal but 4 wheel disc as i plan on driving it every day in heavy traffic, no guards or bonnet. I have an lsd disc brake diff and I'm still deciding on either a 265 hemi six or a chrysler v8. I posted an enquirey earlier. My goal is to build it for $5000 aus so far i've spent $100 aus. Keep cruzin

<font color="green">Welcome!!! I have a question for you Melbournians... I was in Melbourne for three weeks about three years ago, working for what was Ansett Airlines. Anyway, we were staying at the Holiday Inn downtown and everyday on the way to work we would pass something that looked like a construction yard. There was usually an old vehicle or two out there. Sometimes something that appeared to be a 34ish 5 window Ford and sometimes something that appeared to be a 55ish Chevy. Anyway, my question, do you guys know who this may be and do you have any pics of these two cars? I realize this is pretty vague and that Melbourne is huge. Just a long shot. Also, have any of you ever been to the Mens room in the Soffitel hotel, downtown? When we were there, we asked a waiter what the best sight to see was, in his opinion. He told us to go to the Mens room on the 50th? floor of the Soffitel. We thought he was joking. It was cool, floor to ceiling glass wall that you could see everything from, all the way out to the harbour. Couldn't get my "pee" on though. apparently "junior" is afraid of heights. That's all for now. RASHY
