Welcome aboard, You were 9 when I was born. About the same age as some of the fellows who have mentored me during my early days in this hobby/obsession. Some of your cars are very much like the ones I started out with. Cutting your teeth on flatheads is the way to begin a traditionalist outlook. I'm somewhat sorry I got away from them for such a long time but I'm trying to play catch-up in some small way. Those big and small block Chevys have lured many a flathead guy astray with their cheap hp and high reving ways.
Look forward to you being here and posting ANYTHING you can about "back in the day"

    Frank

Met a 71 year old in Turlock last month and he said he was building cars in San Jose. Cranking out several a year - even mentioned rat rods. I could get Henry in touch with him if interested.

Good eye, great post UnionvilleHaunt! A lot of us rarely look at the intros, this one is a gem. I sure hope he finds the Ford he's looking for. Guys like Henry have inspired us younger guys more than we can say.

Welcome to the HAMB Henry! NO lurking son, we need everything you can contribute. You'll fit right in here cause it looks like you didn't take much shit judging from the guns it that '49 pic.

Somebody find this guy a buildable '40 so he can git on the road asap.

Thanks to Unionville for the intro info.
