You would have thought "the word" would be out on this guy by now.

    But people keep trusting him.
    And people keep getting screwed.

He usually show up at Detroit, stands in a corner in the ba*****t right by the entrance. Big Dude, long gray beard, wears striped bib overalls. Doesn't say much but if you ask him if he is the WIZZ, he will reply in the affirmattive.

Lot's of folks looking for him though, will be interesting if he shows up this year.

I was wondering just the other day where my remaining issues were at. Too bad people have to be that way.

Welcome to the "good old days" - Tex Smith - yes, that Tex Smith - did the same to a bunch of us quite a few years ago - took a bunch of subscriptions then folded the magazine with no refunds. I think it was ***led "Custom Cars" (not the famous Custom Cars - a remake). I guess you always take a chance with startup magazines. I've never forgiven Tex - but he probably doesn't care........:(:(

#4 just came out. Do you have John's email? He and his wife just had a baby. I know he's been having a hard time juggling it all right now.

This cat showed up at a charity striper's event that my brother, and fellow HAMBer Lil John hosted; proceeded to sit down and eat half or more of the food that was donated to feed the stripers. Then asked me if he could borrow a pen and some paper. Apparently he forgot his notebook somewhere and needed my stuff to write his piece on the event.

There were some other things that he did that weekend that chapped everyone's *** too.

We learned about him very early on, thankfully.

Hopefully he didn't get his hands on the charity money,
    and make it all disappear,
like he did the one year he was at at Lead East.

Had similar "problems" at other events he was involved in.

Money flows one way with that guy.
