Posting pix

Im trying to learn how to post pix so I can do a tech thread.

 

Hmmmm? I pasted in the url of where i store my pix online. Maybe Webshots doesnt allow exporting. Can I upload them directly from my computer? Can someone help me out?

Just copy the URL of your pic.

Click on "Image"

Paste the URL of your pic.

And it should work, again, ***uming you can link to Webshots

When youi click "reply" and it goes to the "Reply to Hokey *** Message Board" window, you will notice an area below the box you enter your reply in that says "Instant UBB code".

It is the one on the top right.

Rashy,,,, thanx for the help... It shows up for me here. Sorry about all the shiny stuff,, lol,, I know it isnt traditional but just wanted to learn how to post pix cause I did the ****on tuft interior myself and want to share the process with everyone.

Denise, I think that I remember hearing that they will allow linking until a certain amount of bandwidth has been used, then they block it.

That may have been another site.

Haven't had any trouble with PhotoBucket.

PetT, the only reason you see it cuz the photo is in your cashe (or however you spell it). The rest of us don't see it. I beleive if you purchase space from Webshots then they allow linking.

I tried to post your photo here from that site and couldn't do it.

Now I can't see it again.

May be the bandwidth thing?
