Sorry, Conder..I couldn't quite hear you.

Here is a puzzle my sweetie picked up at a garage sale. I put it together, framed it and stuck it in the office.

I've been drawing that stuff for years and when I met Newt at Detroit's stripers jamboree a couple years ago, I got down on one knee and bowed my head. I figger'd that's what I oughta do in the presence of a god!

The man did over 450 pieces for Roth and more for Roach Studios! At the big Von Dutch auction a while back, the stuff he did and signed Roth's name to, went for $5000-$7000. The few pieces he did under his own name went for a top price of about $1000! Ain't that some ****?!?!

I watched him paint a Rat Fink piece in !-Shot at Detroit and two of the stripers bid $1000 for it right there and then. I think The Egyptian got it over Coop (the striper who striped Roth's coffin)!

Newt's the man. No ones is as good at weirdo art as he is...No one!

I've met him also @ a Rat Fink Reunion in 1992. Deep thinker. I hope some day that he writes a "Roth" history book! Between him and "Lil' Daddy" we'd all hear a different story then we're used too!

Newt and Robt Williams did a "Tales of Big Daddy" evening at the Petersen last year. Very entertaining.

If that is the panel I'm thinking of,
Coop won it at the auction.$1,100 or 1,150.

Newt was kind enough to write some quotes and 2 pieces on Monster Shirt art for our upcoming books-some made it into 'Workshop", the rest are scheduled for our separate monster art projects....
Newt knows a hellava lot, but not the key origin of RF...maybe someday I'll lay it on him,lol.....
As far as we are concerned, every story Newt has to tell is priceless....
