Need Paint Ideas ?

Im getting close to finishing my 65 T-bird so far the 390 is rebuilt and so is the transmission. and I finally got wheels to fit despite those hateful calipers all I need is a little body work and paint. Any Ideas on a paint job ?

are you willing to do metalflake? or that sort of thing. how far in (time, money, skill) are you willing to get?

not a flame, just asking what your concept is.

are you looking for paint as nice as a brand new car? or something more?

or just colour suggestions?

 

I was thinking of flat red and just flaking the **** out of the top of the car. but that might be to boring. Im open to any ideas as long as its 60s style and fits the car.

 

Here is a poor picture of my '65 I bought when I was 12 and sold when I was 20.... It was pretty stock but that teal color looks awsome on these cars.... If I did it again I'd do it panel paint style in a slightly different color with a lot of metallic....
