Owned my '58 GMC since 1981. Currently has a '58 Pontiac 370 and Muncie 4-speed and I'm in the middle of a frame off restoration with a '60s hot rod feel to it. Keeping the stock solid front axle, and the leaf springs all around. Found the board while searching for info on the 370, and will be lurking and searching here, with a PM or two. Thanks, flh4speed. My truck spent its first 24 years in Mississippi (was originally sold by a dealership in Pontotoc, and then with my family near Booneville from '63 - '81). I love Texas, but I still love Mississippi, too! Got a few more vehicles I'd like to bring back to Texas from the family farm.
