I wonder what my banker would say at my request for a recreational vehicle loan?

I just talked to the guy who owns Nanook. He confirms that this is the number two car. Number one is long gone. It ain't gonna be cheap, but I do think it will sell for his reserve. So many cars...so little time.

I think that one is already SOLD. Vergil Cates' Willys is still available. I called on it too. They want a cool million for it. I had to pass.

    C'mon Doc.

This is so much cooler than those Vipers and hell....you have two of them. :D

  18. What is his reserve... what do you think it's worth? I don't know much about the drag car market but I assume something like that would be expensive.

    Wow.

Pure Hell was always my favorite from an aesthetic point of view, but as far as pure, unbridled violence at the dragstrip goes, I think Nanook would probably win that title.

I'd love to have that thing.

    What a glorious death!

I spoke to the owner last night. Very cool guy, you could'nt re-create it for what his reserve is or restore it for that matter.

  22. If anyone cares, it sold last night for $60K to someone in Washington, exactly at his reserve. Smoking deal if it was a true sale but I suspect this will probably be for sale again sometime soon. Very cool car and nice guy selling it, hopefully it will go to a good home.
