Buy it, you'll be to get your money back if you decide not to keep it your self. If you sell it all or in pieces, it will help out some other guys looking for parts.

    Does it run?
If I come and get it, can I drive it home?

Seriously though, I saw a cowl gas lid on ebay once that went over $100...but dang, that thing looks rotten.

I've seen worse though and been quoted $1500 for it.:eek::D
p.s. I p***ed on the $1500 one. It's still probably buried in that swampy backlot.

For $100 that would be a great piece of yard art. I can see it leaned way over on the really rotten side like it's buried halfway in the ground, with some nice foliage coming through the top and maybe some water around it. Just be prepared for all the people stopping and asking where you got it or wanting to buy it. You could probably make more money selling it as art!:D

That would be easy to make an east coast rod out of.

    Update!

Well the deal is done, I now own the car (or what is left of it) now I just need to get it home.
Being without my truck ****s! I can't wait until the insurance comapny settles.

I have made a few calls and have not had any luck yet but if all else fails I will load it in the back of one of those $29 a day U-Haul trucks. It should fit and that way nothing will blow off on the way home. Then I get to break out the saws-all:rolleyes:

The right rear quarter panel would make a nice piece of garage art!

I have had the wife for 24 years now so she gets plenty of attention when needed. She is looking forward to getting the Desoto UTE back on the road and would rather have the money spent there.

I have already got enough takers for parts off of it to pay for the car and any extra will go into the Desoto fund.

Yeah but they are open trucks, I figure with one of those small U-Haul cargo trucks I pull down the back door and everything stays in?

    It's official!
Here is a Ford in a Ford!
I loaded the T in the back of a U-Haul and took it home tonight.
Tomorrow I will get some more pictures and get a better look at what is left.

  19. All I know is if it was me the thread would be ***led 'look at the T coupe I just picked up' ... but we have enough pieces floating around to patch it together into a more complete car. A ****ty one, to be sure, but a whole car.

When the thread started I had no intent of picking it up!
I thought it was too far gone to mess with. Obviously it has enough left to mess with? The car will not be put back together. It will be parted out.
