with a bad condencer .. it run just miss ... well heres the thing the car was missing under load bud ideling good i went got a new dist point s and condencer ... started it right it ran for about 30 secs and it just died .. i tryed 2 different coils still no spark .. i dont think the circuet it being compleated .. but what would cause a car to suddenly loose spar4k ? any help would be greatful

  2. Is there power to the coil? Are the points opening? Etc, Ect...? Check all the simple stuff, there is so much that could cause a no spark condition. A bad condenser may still run but it wont run well. I have had condensers bad right out of the box (always fun to do a tune up and have it run worse then before). If you just replaced the points verify that they were tightened up at the correct gap and make sure that they didn't close up as soon as you started it. Good Luck.
