    Thought you'd enjoy another shot from my Dads early rodding days in Bakersfield and Southern Calif.

    Dad always said this was George Brundages car but George said no last year and lately found out it was Pitch Pitchells from Pasadena.

    Not sure were Dad took the picture.

    Nice example of a 40's era roadster...speaks to me

    Could you be refering to Marlowe Pichel from La Canada ( next door to Pasadena )? He was into hot rodding back then. - Don

    I wish I had more, it's the only one.

    I asked Dad about clubs and his gang in Bakersfield never organized one, he wasn't familer with or didn't remember any other clubs.

    I can send you a better rez. picture via e-mail there is a lot of detail in the picture but it got lost as I downsized it for the post.

    You know it could be Marlowe Pichel...I got the name from another one of Dads buddies but he may have remembered the spelling incorrectly. Is he still around by chance?

    Waaaayy cool pic of a killer car....

    Those headlights may be the lowest I've seen mounted from that era....
