Looking for Bob White

A good friend and I have lost track of an old Car buddy and so I thought I'd give this a try. We are looking for Bob White of Phoenix, Az. . Bob worked (may still be) for the phone company in Az. as a line crew forman. He has built many nice cars over the years--he built the first 351C Boss powered Pinto for the street and a great 1927 Tall T, that he built in a carport. I have tried the phone company and no luck. So anyone knowing Bob have him drop me a line.

Bob White is pretty close to John Smith as far as common names go. I ran around with one in McGregor Tx. He used to be half of White Brothers racing team.

Yes I know Bob White is a comon name. That's why I gave the details I did--so a Hamber in the Phoenix, Arz area might know him and let him know I'm looking for him.

I think he lives in Flagstaff now. He was a Phoenix Police officer. I worked with him at Granite Reef 66. Talked to his brother Gary a few years ago. Good Luck, John

 

Bob White won the NSRA give away car a few years ago.

 

Isn't Bob White a Quail...you know one of the birds that run around on the ground until you spook them and they fly up in a covey so you shoot them,clean, cook, and eat them???
