UnChopped 1954 Belair or 210 Chevy Tudor Sedans

lowpipes and Custom54............WTF is up with that Green? My 54 was repainted that same color in the 70s............was it just a coincidence or was it a stock 54 color?

It was a stock color, ppl must like it cuz everyone Ive seen that color has been repainted again the same color

 

Yeah, mine actually started out as a nice lighter than seafoam color. Crazy that there a 3 or more of us on here with that same color,I rubbed mine out so many times I am into the metalflake and it is donefor!

hardtop 53 and 54's are awesome.. all black.. nice and low but not slammed.. less is more when it comes to the trim.. I saw one not too long ago, perfect.. wish i would have took a pic.. I like what foose did to the front bumper on that 54'. Cool thread.

The black and grey is a local guys from Cleveland, and the blue and white one is one I owned about 8-9 years ago, back when I liked dummy spots and lake pipes. It's now painted and owned by another HAMBer in Pittsburgh PA. Best running 235 ever!!!

Apples to Apples, do you think a 54 hardtop would be worth more than a 2dr sedan?

I found one of each, and about same money.

I love the sedans, but don't see nearly as many hardtops.

What's your opinion

 

go for the HT, or both if you got the cash

 

dooood, rusty pipes thats a beutiful car mann,, color is pefect for an stocker,, and jc32 ur car is radd!

 

I like unchopped Sedans with Belair Trim and NO Skirts and Chopped Belair HT's with NO Skirts....There are examples of both in my thread....Why are you concerned about what's worth more?....Worth more to who?

 

Worth more to me.

If I sink X amount of dollars into either car, which will get me the best return if I sell it.

I have been known to sell a car or two..

 

Hard to say then Tim....Build it and see...there are big fans of each out here.................

 

hardtops are harder to get then a sedan. I would prefer a hardtop but i have a sedan myself.

 

Man, they sure look good un-chopped!

 

I think Bill Hoffman, from Portland had a tudor sedan, turned Hardtop. White, very low with lots of teeth. Anyone remember? Any pics?................OLDBEET
