'60 Olds 88 Motor????????

Hey Guys.
I'm not usually an Olds guy but I found this cherry little, well not little, two door 1960 olds 88. I'm wondering what engine came in these?????? Its a big f#*ker, just not sure what. Could use some help. thanks.

 

I believe the tall deck 371 was standard, but the 394 was optional in the 88s. What carb is on it?

 

If it is all original and has a 2 bbl its a 371,those 371s run better then the 394s. I had a 59 371 and jetaway in a 53 88 and it would out run stock 350 chevys all day long. Jeff

 

Either engine is good and has great potential for performance and reliability, even stock they're fun and have tons of torque down low.
