ok think i may have just gotten a whole new drivetrain for the buick. whats a fair to me and buyers price for a running 401 w/ a little more valve noise that we haven't figured out than normal(car runs and drives great never misses a beat just a little noisy even for a nailhead). the st400 was rebuilt about 3500 miles ago. looking to put the car back in daily driver status fairly soon. haven't driven it much in the last year or two so i haven't really chased down the valve noise as aggressively as i should. hel in fact hasn't left the shop in 8 month. maybe i'll change the oil and put a little marvels in it this weekend and see if the valve noise goes away. anyhow anybody know what a good value may be?...ken....

I do a lot of nailheads and the going rate without seeing it should be 700-800 for the package. I hate to say but you can sell it fairly easy on EvilBay. I would be a buyer but I'm on the wrong coast. Good Luck

In the midwest that package is around $500-600. Depends on where you're at.
