dudes!, brought home the latest score today,a 54' chevy coe 5700 that i scored for FREE off craigslist! it drove on and off the trailer and the lift gate works. i agreed to give the guy $100 for the hydraulic pump if the lift gate worked and it performed smooth! got to address the brakes,water pump and rotten tires. trying to secure a fwd gmc motorhome ch***is to set the body on to make a cool hauler. posted pic's on my webshots.

Wow a running driving COE for free what was this guy thinking, I've been casually looking for on of those for a couple of years now to build as a hauler and can't even get a hold of a body for a decent price.
the pump is external but not for sale going to check out the brake situation today. the guy i got it from said the lift gate would pick up hie mid 80's full size bronco. i will try and take a short film next couple days and put it on u-tube and put up the link. when we picked it up it blew me away how well it ran because i was prepared to use a winch if it wouldn't run but it purred. cool thing for me it's going to match my suburban because it's a 54' also. the trucks new nickname: THE BLUE BULUGA!
