Hope someone in Missouri might be able to help me track some history on my 29 Coupster.
The car was from Missouri, then purchased by a fellow hamber RockinBones (Pat) in Vancouver about 2004. I shipped the car to New Zealand in December last year and would love to s****e together some more history on her.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Cheers
    Dale

I have no history on it, but if you'd post some pics of how they dealt with the windshield, door tops, and back surround, I'd appreciate it. I bought a sport coupe that someone hacked the top off of in the 50s or 60s and am trying to wrap my mind around how to make it look a little more finished...

And cheers for the comment. She's even sportin' a Kropdusters and Rust Revival decals kindly given to me by a good friend, David Gibson who you sent some stuff to here in New Zealand.

And Redneck, sorry man don't have build pics. Hoping to track some down.

Hello Im glad to see someone is enjoying my old car.I have to say it looks a lot different now though. When I sold it it was in old black primer with a plywood floor and old ratty seat and plexi windshield. At that time it had orange steel wheels with 46 ford caps and radials. I found that body in a old chicken coupe not far from my house it was missing the deck lid and the lower panel in back so I just rolled a piece of steel into it. The engine is a 300 horse 327 that i took out of a 51 chevy truck I bought. I got the intake from a guy here in town after he took it off his 32 truck after having it on it for 25years or better. The carbs are actuall pontiac tri power carbs. The ****** was a powerglide that came with the motor and the rear end is 47 F1 with 40 tubes and brakes. The front is a magnum axle with a posies spring and F1 brakes. Radiator is 50s Chevy truck. And I have no idea what the steering gear is I always thought the pitman arm was cool. I used an old wheel barrow for the fire wall and the dash is 27 Chevy I think. I have some pictures of it at the first HAMB drags If your interested in them I will try to find them I would post them but just cant seem to get it to work. Im glad t osee the car is still goin. Thanks

Good to see that ol' gal she's done more miles in transport than her own wheels.
