Dave, the car is looking great! Can't wait to see it on the road!

Will you be hosting another Spinout this year? Sure hope so, we always have a nice time at your show.

We got to get together on that Riv part sometime. Not today though, I'm not to into pulling parts when it is 4 degrees!

Thanks Megan. I can't wait to see it on the road myself, should be in a few weeks or so.

The Spin Out will be July 26th. We are having the Colin John Band come and play some blues this year. Should be a good time.

Winter ****s, I'm not into pulling parts when it's 4 degrees either. My Dad definitely needs the part so we'll have to get together soon.

    Thanks
    Dave

At 6' 3" and with the car channeled 6" in the front and 4" in the rear there's no room to chop it and still be able to drive it comfortably. :D

    More progress pic's.

Some shots of the body painted and back on the frame, a better pic of the gas tank and a shot of the custom radiator work.

    Some interior pic's.

The floor was painted with spray on bed liner paint and came out really nice. The guys made up a column using parts from the original and also made a column drop. Unfortunately the only seats I could find were red, so I have to live with the red until I can afford some new seat covers.

With any luck it should be rolling down the road next week.

Thanks for the kind words. Porkchop and Benny at Walker's really do some nice work, I couldn't be more pleased. The patina will stay for at least a few years if not longer.

Thanks again Chris. Walker's is about 3 1/2 hours away from where I live but I will post some pic's the first chance I get to shoot some outside. It's taken about 2 1/2 years since I bought the car to reach this point but it's well worth the wait.

The guys rolled my sedan outside the other day and sent me some pic's. Hopefully this damn snow will quit so I can go for a ride soon.

I've studied that car hundreds of times over the last couple of years. It's a very cool hot rod.

Your headers are like road-warmers for the rear tires :)
