Man I might make it out to be a spectator but I don't have plans to set up a booth. I am so busy right now I can't take any time off to go to a show, lol. The only one I have planed for is the LA Roadster show in June. But I would love to some buy and see you guys.

Y'all ever get the feeling the bar is raised higher and higher every week? I mean, I don't have time to work on my car, much less pump out AMAZING art EVERY week. My hat's off to you guys. Damn. Do you ever sleep?!

THis might just be my favorite show EVER.

 

Oh Yeah - Dtroit Dinosaur, when I win powerball, I'm going to hire you to paint every wall in my entire house.

 

My lunch break isn't long enough to post individual compliments of everyone's work, but man-o-man this has been a great show! I've been going back and looking at everyone's work several times this round.

And thanks for the compliments many of you gave my work! It means a lot coming from such talented people.

Great to see Mutant Art is alive and kicking......always enjoyed your work in the magazines and on hatches 32. Are you still getting up to Detroit for Autorama? Remember chatting with you at the Be Kool Rad display afew years back in Detroit.

In light of Boyd's passing, here is my entry into the Hot Rod Magazine/Hot Rods By Boyd contest back in '97. Placed in the top 6.

 

My first entries so please be kind.
Hand drawn in ink, scanned and colored in Illustrator which I don't know very well.

I read this quote somewhere: "An artist's work is never finished, but merely abandoned." I like it and it works for me. Super painting!
