The Blacktop Baron's Road Block is June 7th I believe in Joliet.

We are having a swap meet at HRCC on April 20th. We do a reliability run called the Open Wheel Reunion in July too. check out our site for details. (below)

Blacktop Barrons show is actually in Plainfield at the VWF on Renwick Road.

 

They're moving it this year. I don't remember where though. Somewhere around Joliet.

Theres one out in Belvedere sometime in June called "the scrap drive" I may be wrong on the name, last year was its first year

 

Im seriously considering an open house at my shop out in waterman this summer. Lots of cruise nights in Itasca, voodoo kings host it at woodfire chicken. Always a good time for a spur of the moment deal.

...Our club, the Tin Butchers,Inc, puts on the "Scrap Drive" traditional show and swapmeet in Belevidere, Illinois. This year it's June 7th, (same day as the Baron's show).
...last year we had around 150 cars and 60+ swap vendors; should be bigger this year.
