I have to say Mike Manno's 32 is one cool ride. I was in New York Thanksgiving week of 2007 so i looked up Rolling Bones hotrod shop while i was out there. Well if you ever stop a good time is when they were taking a lunch break so Keith says lets take Manno's 32 for a test drive to the restaurant. Here are a few short vids i took from the passenger seat with Keith driving. Totally made the trip from Wisconsin worth the drive. <object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/gUrtdRnZf6k"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/gUrtdRnZf6k" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object> <object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/IQn3wt1o1bM"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/IQn3wt1o1bM" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>
Oh man they build a fuckin bitchin hot rod!! I just barely tore open my package with the "Road to Bonnevile" DVD in it. This just made me so stoked to watch it now! Popcorns poppin! Thanks for the post
There were so many other cool projects going on in the shop too like a few of Poteets cars being built too. Anyone who is in upstate NY take the time to call Ken and Keith up to go visit. Their very nice guys that built some killer hotrods.
any more engine shots, like pulley set up ? crank pulley, water pump? Im just starting with a old SCoT on a 49AB Thanks
most of the pulley set up is custom made...as is the generator bracket.. I forget which pumps are on the car, but they have the "wide belts"...
Damn..what a sweet ass sedan... I dig everything about except for the fact that it ain't mine... Congrats ...Those pics will definately go in my photo book for when i finally get to build an early coupe or sedan and give my fiddie fo to the ol lady
Wow, I'm not much for sedans, but that one just does everything right. Thanks for the pics and video.
So is the louvered roof just an insert or is it the actual roof panel? if it is just a panel what keeps the moisture out from between the two? and if it is the roof what keeps the headliner dry? Thanks,Mel
No you can see the sky through those louvers. It's a bare bones hotrod done nice inside but i didn't take pics of the interior.
