Sorry for the o/t, but would like to watch the tour go by. Does anyone know the route they will take from Springfield, Mo. to St. Louis? I was told that they were going thru Jefferson City, then East on Mo. 94?? Any info out there? Thanks, Tommy
I have no idea. I can tell you that they are in Tulsa right now cuz I live off of 44 and Riverside and they are everywhere. There are actually a number of "traditional" rods in the mix. I have seen enough SSR's to last the rest of my life. I think everyone of them ought to have a bumper sticker that says, "My Other Car is a PT CRUISER" RASHY

We could hit the dealerships at nite and put them on for the new owners....heaven knows they couldn't afford the sticker after they paid for the truck.... ----Melon
Rashy, I think they are leaving to go to Springfield today. I went to Sedalia last year to watch. What a parade! I thought I would drive my Henry-J down to Jeff City and find a spot to watch. It's about 30 miles from me. I just didn't want to go down there and sit in the heat if they weren't going that way. Thanks, Tommy
RASHY, I waved as I went thru Tulsa on my way to Texas this weekend. Aren't the power tourers going from Springtown to Saint Louie? If so, it'd make a helluva lot more sense just to zip up I-44.
hotrod.com has a detailed route for each day laid out. I am waiting for wednesday when they come through here and stop for the night.

[/ QUOTE ] Fraz, they try to stay off the major interstates when possible so they can enjoy small town America. Some of my fondest memories are of the small town folks lined up on the streets in their lawn chairs waving as we'd cruz through their towns.
