Help ! I Need A Rear Shock, '38 Ford Coupe

I have lived through the spring swap. But the driver side rear shock is busted, it has broken mounting tab. But worse yet, it's frozen stiff.
Mac's needs a rebuildable core. So that's out..
Does anyone have a shock you aren't using and want to sell?

Are you talking about a stock, knee-action shock?
(Why don't you swap the thing over to tube shocks instead of trying to find a on old core?)

You might want to call All Ford in Cambell- They part out old FORD stuff.

 

I called all Ford last week they were going to get back too me. Then I went down there and one was on the counter, I thought it was for me. ha ha ha ..They said callback in a coupe of days. I called today, they took my name and number again, said they'd call me back ha ha ha it's just a dream...TUBE Shocks are like Tube socks...Jay, I almost called you today...I'm getting inches away from ripping out the whole drive train. I put a email in to Owens Savage. I see what's up.
