That's about all the cool pics I took, I was WAY too busy checkin everything out to worry about takin pics! [IMG]

It was an AWESOME show. Had a Helluva time (even though it was a little too sunny for my taste... I look like I'm gettin back to my Native American roots today! [IMG])
It was great to see everyone. I only got to meet a couple of HAMBers that I didn't already know, I know a missed a bunch though. To those of you that I didn't meet.... I'm sure you noticed me! You were probably pointing and laughing when I walked by!!! (I was the long-hair with all the shiny shit in my face... I'm Hot Rod to Hell... Nice to meet you! [IMG])

I'll be back next year FOR SURE!!!
Thanks Kirk & everyone else involved!!!

I guess I was just waiting for the right, appreciative audience [IMG]
Sure wish you would have gone, it was definantly your scene.

Gotta say a HUGE thanks to Roadstar for giving me "the nod" when I looked into the crowd for his "approval" to do the burnout, cuz after all they were his tires [IMG] Thanks sweetie. [IMG]

looks like a blast, I grew up in Detroit and I miss it sometimes. Well, except the snow, and the salt, and the crime, the occassional tornado. But hell it is the Motor City!!

I just posted this on the other thread but I want to make sure you see it.

Hey guys!!! I just woke up from the drunken post Biletproof mini party at PLI in Waterford. HOLY CRAP YOU MID-WESTERNERS ROCK!!! The one group no one has thanked yet is the participants. We had a ton of bitchin cars and even cooler people. Even though there were 3 or 4 cars that weren't quite BP material I heard nothing but HAPPY responses to the day. I am still very overwhelmed at how well it all came off thanks to the Poor Boys, The Pecker Heads and Boomer. Nice job everyone. Even the big guy up there gave us a great sunny day in contrast to the thunderstorms forcasted. We even got approval from him in the form of a welcome one minute shower to cool things off. I have like 300 pics that I'll post the best of when I get back home next week (I'm still in Detroit).

Again THANK YOU everybody...........it was WONDERFUL!!!

  14. Race drove it? Jime' still to tired from the Japan trip? Hopefully next year BP won't be the same weeekend as McPhail's so some off us can make it to both shows!

  15. I think they said that it was going to be the same weekend but on Saturday next year.

Yes, they are talking about moving the show to a Saturday for sure but the Saturday of this past weekend is not available. Kirk said it will be close datewise to this past weekend as they can get it without stepping on any toes. I'm sure the HAMB folks will be the first to know when a date has been set. [IMG]

Denise is correct. We will be back next year on a Saturdaybut it looks like the Saturday of that wekend is already booked. The date will very likely be later due to weather concerns.

Great to see all the HAMBers and others at a cool show. The most fun is walking down a row of cars (and trucks) and you stop and look at them all. Most shows you bypass half the show.

Thanks to Boomer for telling everyone how cool their vehicle was. Sucking up is good! Makes you feel like your appreciated not just another $$$$ sign.

Thanks Kirk like others have said for taking a chance on us Michiganders. We all knew it was going to work.

Thanks to the other venders. It was fun to show our wares to people who appreciate them.

    Till MCM 05 ...

It was all good .. Rick.

My buddy SAM shot some VIDEO of some crazy lady boilin' the hides. Unfortunately, it was just with his digital camera, so there's no sound, and his memory card filled up before she was done, but it's cool nonetheless!!! [IMG]

Once boomer tells her to mat it, her smile gets BIG!!! [IMG]

    Rudy's poor tires! [IMG]

Be patient guys, it takes a few to load....
