It's alright to sell a toy to upgrade on somthing. You can NEVER have to big of a garage. Thats the only way I sell anything. Toys are sometimes better than the stock market.

I’ve watched this car go through the changes with you and you kicked its ***. Yeah it ****s, but sounds like the smart move…opportunities are just that. Only the foolish do not grab them when they come. The market will pick back up and all of the stock market real estate people will go back to that and release our cars back to us!!! oh wait. That would be a perfect world. Anyway :)

go for it!!! I NEVER grew up wanting a station wagon anything but my job opportunities (money!!!) made me realize at the time I would have no time for a few years for what I really want. I guess what I am saying is at the very least get something anything to play with or you will be miserable. You have to have something to tinker piddle f’ with.

I have family all thru Cal. My Aunt is a real estate agent in the San Joaquin Valley. Uncle owns a Century 21 way down south in Temecula. Brother moved to Temecula a couple of years ago and his wife is a RA also. Just a heads up if you need advice. Don’t speak to my bro though, he’s an ***hole :)
