Hey folks, does anyone recommend a good machine shop in the DFW area for my flathead? I talked to Bailey machine shop a couple of years ago but tried his number today and got the "not a working number" message. Did he move or change numbers?

I need to have it bored out, valve job, etc.

    Thanks!

    DP Machine,
    Dave Plubell (972) 840-2242

He fixed my Stude motor after Wayne Calvert F'ed it up. He also built my 383 Stroker.
He knows all the old stuff, flathead 8 and 6, Nailhead, etc.. Dave is expensive but I guarentee you will sleep well knowing the job is done right.

I also highly recommend DP Machine, Tyler is right when he said Dave knows his old school stuff and been doing it for years. He did Hugh's (53ASH) flat head and it is killer and did my six for the fiddie fo and both of us are happy as can be with his time frame, price and knowledge.

Thanks for the information. I'll give them all a call and figure it out from there.
