I'm going to try a little how to here.
mark cuts with masking tape and weld in cross bracing. [IMG]
remove rear window frame leave about 4" margin around the top and sides [IMG]
remove rear corners of quarter windows and cut loose rear pillars [IMG]

cut front pillars be sure to support the roof [IMG]
roof should be loose now. line up front pillars. make pie cuts to get the width right [IMG]
massage rear pillars to line up [IMG]
tack rear pillars and lay rear window frame back in place. Tack it at the top ceter and the bottom. There is some misalignment at the outer edges relief cuts allow it to come up [IMG]

Weld up seams around the top of window. Use a big ass hammer to massage roof to a fair shape. [IMG]
Trim the corner of the quarter window and weld it back in place. [IMG]
cut center pillar loose from the roof at the top and slide it back to line up with the lower piece. [IMG]
sit in car and see how much cooler it is now. [IMG]

When you did this area on the "C" pillar, did you just overlap a new piece and cut the leftovers from the inside?

On the C pillars I trimmed and but welded everything in. the small triangle patch was the only one I had to add. It would have been better to make a new big patch but I didn't know how at the time.

    Thanks
